You get to use all of our services absolutely free unless you feel we are representing the best candidate for the job and ultimately hire that candidate.

With low unemployment rates candidates are receiving multiple offers and are often recruited away before finishing a contract (should they choose to accept a temp-to-hire option). This means lost time and money by training someone new. In addition, the candidate pool is severely limited by the temp-to-hire option as only 2-3 candidates are unemployed out of every 100. With direct-hire our clients have the full 100% of candidates to choose from, not just those who are unemployed.
