 Our network is geared towards direct hire as at least 70% of our network is comprised of employed passive job seekers that an employer won’t see on a job board anywhere. 

We believe that by building a strong direct-hire network, performing the proper due diligence with each candidate and offering a free replacement guarantee will help protect our clients from choosing a temp-to-hire option.

With low employment rates candidates are receiving multiple offers and are often recruited away before finishing a contract (should they choose to accept a temp-to-hire option).  This means lost time and money by training someone new.  In addition, the candidate pool is severely limited by the temp-to-hire option as only 2-3 candidates are unemployed out of every 100.  With direct-hire our clients have the full 100% of candidates to choose from, not just those who are unemployed.
